What are the eligibility criteria to submit an application for the ECOTROPHELIA NEXT FOOD GENERATION space?

Any innovative project with up to two years of existence that is developing an innovative product/ service/ equipment/ process / packaging for the food sector can submit an application for the NEXT FOOD GENERATION space if they think their project is innovative and brings added value to the consumers.

How do I submit my application?

To submit your application you have to have an account on this website. To create one you click on the register button and choose the submission form that best applies to your type of innovation/area of activity among the following four: Food and Beverage products or ingredients; Services (digital or physical); Equipment, process or logistics (Internet of Things and robotics included); and Packaging. Afterwards, you will receive an email to validate your account and create your password. As soon as you do this, you can start to work on your application by clicking on the “FILL/EDIT THE FORM” button. You should then fill every field of the respective form with accurate information about your project.

What language should I use to submit my application?

The language of application must be English.

What is the submission deadline?

The submission deadline is June 22nd 2020.

Can I start working on the application and not submit it on the same day?

Yes, you can start working on your application and only submit it later on, but remember to always save the work you have done.

Can I change the information or photo in the submission form once submitted?

Until the defined deadline, you can fill the form and modify the information at any time, as long as you do not “submit” your application. Once the form has been submitted and/or the deadline is reached, it is no longer possible to modify the application.

Can I enclose a brochure / leaflet / flyer?

Each applicant can attach PDF, JPEG or PPT files in the corresponding area of the submission form. If in doubt, use the "Contact" tab on the platform to contact the Organisation.
