How will the projects or start-ups be selected?

 

The projects and start-ups will be selected based on: the originality and innovation characteristics of their project, the market relevance of the innovation (taking into consideration the added value to the food sector and the consumers), the market potential and scalability of their innovation (taking into consideration the business plan presented and evidence of market opportunity), and the global coherence of the project.

 

Who is going to select the projects and start-ups that will be present at Anuga?

 

The selection process will begin with the eligibility analysis performed by the Organisation, followed by a careful analysis of the applications by food innovation experts and representative figures from the European food sector.

 

How will I know if I have been selected?

 

An email will be sent to each participant after the selection process to announce whether or not they have been selected. The projects and start-ups selected to be present at the ECOTROPHELIA NEXT FOOD GENERATION space will be disclosed until the 20th of June.
