How will the projects be selected?

 

The projects will be selected based on: the originality and innovation characteristics, the market relevance of the innovation (taking into consideration the added value to the food sector and the consumers), the market potential and scalability of their innovation (taking into consideration the business plan presented and evidence of market opportunity), and the global coherence of the project.

 

Who is going to select the projects that will be present at SIAL Paris 2020?

 

The selection process will begin with the eligibility analysis performed by the Organisation, followed by a careful analysis of the applications by food innovation experts and representative figures from the European food sector.

 

How will I know if I have been selected?

 

The projects selected to be present at the ECOTROPHELIA NEXT FOOD GENERATION space will be disclosed by the 25th of June on this website.
